From sketch to setting
Most custom rings fail at the drawing stage — the stone is the wrong spread, the band is too thin to carry it, the wedding band will not sit flush. We model all of it first and send you the render.
Three ways to work with us
01 — Adapt a design
Start from any setting in the catalogue. Swap the centre for a pear, a bigger carat weight or a lab-grown stone, and we re-cut the seat to match.
02 — Full custom
An heirloom to remake, two rings combined, something you saw once and cannot find again. We quote the model, the metal and the stones separately.
03 — Match a band
Send a side-on photo of the engagement ring. We model the band to the gap instead of guessing from a width measurement, so it sits flush.
Know what you are buying
Both are grown, both are certified, and they do not look the same in daylight. These are the numbers we work from.
Moissanite
Silicon carbide, Mohs 9.25. Its dispersion is more than double diamond's, so it throws visible colour in daylight — the reason some people love it and others do not.

Lab-grown diamond
Chemically and optically the same as a mined diamond — same hardness, same refractive index — grown in a reactor instead of dug out of the ground. Graded on the 4Cs.

Before you ask
Two clocks. Production starts after you approve the CAD render and runs 3–5 business days. Shipping is 3–10 business days standard to the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, or 2–5 business days expedited. From brief to door is usually two to four weeks, depending on how long revisions take.
We keep 1,479 designs in the catalogue as production models, not as finished stock. Each piece is made to your size, metal and stone — which is why the catalogue is a starting point rather than a shelf.
Within 24 hours, email service@holycome.com with the subject “Cancellation Request”. After that the order is in the workshop and cancellation is not guaranteed. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed, for security.
Yes. Approve the CAD render first — three angles plus dimensions. If you want more, we can photograph or film the finished piece at the bench before it is boxed; ask when you order.
Yes. Men’s bands run 4–8 mm wide with heavier shanks, and rings are made to US 3–13 including half sizes. Above US 13 is possible on most designs — ask for a quote.
Tell us the date, not the shipping deadline. Work backwards: 3–5 days production, plus shipping, plus a buffer for revisions. If the date is tight we will say so before you pay, rather than after.
