Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to answer an enquiry and make an order. We do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles of individual customers.

What we collect

• Enquiries: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the specification you send, and photographs you attach.
• Orders: delivery address, billing details and the payment reference from the processor. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs, used for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
• Newsletter: email address only, if you subscribe.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, quote and produce orders, arrange shipping, handle repairs and returns, and meet accounting and legal obligations. With your consent, to send the monthly email. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Carriers (name, address, phone), payment processors (the amount and reference), and our email provider. We do not share your photographs or designs publicly without permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months. Orders and invoices: 7 years, as required for accounting. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: 90 days.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie for forms and a first-party analytics cookie for page counts. There are no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; forms will still work.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. Email service@holycome.com with the subject “Data request”; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to staff who need it, and payment data never touches our servers.
