Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Wuzhou Henglilai Jewelry Co., Ltd. (“Holycome”). By ordering, you accept them. They are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if the specification is impossible, the stone is unavailable, or the payment cannot be verified. Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty and taxes.

Custom work

Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced to the specification you approve in the CAD render. Approval of the render is approval of the design: dimensional changes after casting are chargeable. Custom pieces are excluded from the standard return policy, except for manufacturing faults.

Intellectual property

You confirm that any design, logo or artwork you send us does not infringe a third party's rights. We will not reproduce a trademarked design or patented setting, and we may decline work that appears to do so. Designs we create remain our copyright; you receive the piece, not the right to reproduce it commercially.

Product representation

Photographs are of real pieces. Colour can vary between screens, and stones vary slightly in hue and spread — that is a property of the material, not a defect. Carat weights and measurements are stated on the listing; slight tolerances apply.

Certificates

Stone certificates are issued by third-party laboratories (IGI, GRA). We verify the report number against the stone before shipping but cannot guarantee a laboratory's future grading decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of profit or sentimental value. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. Disputes should be raised with us first at service@holycome.com.
