What we can change
- Metal: 925 sterling silver with white or yellow gold finish, or solid 9K / 14K / 18K gold and PT950 platinum.
- Centre stone: moissanite (D colour, VVS) or lab-grown diamond (IGI, DEF/VS on request).
- Stone size: 0.5 ct to 5 ct; the seat is re-cut to the stone, so the proportions stay correct.
- Band: width and profile can be adjusted within the setting geometry.
- Finish: high polish, satin or rhodium-plated white.
- Engraving: up to 24 characters inside the band, block or script.
Production & shipping
Nothing is cast until you approve the CAD render. Production runs 3–5 business days after approval; standard shipping is 3–10 business days to the US, Canada, UK, Australia and the EU, expedited 2–5 business days. Orders over $99 ship free, under $99 is $5.99, and expedited adds $30. All parcels are tracked and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Care & warranty
925 silver will tarnish with wear — it is the copper in the alloy. Wipe with the supplied cloth and store dry; rhodium-plated pieces should not be polished with abrasives. Quality issues reported within 30 days of delivery are repaired at no charge; after 30 days repairs are quoted before any work starts.
